Material verification, dimensional accuracy, performance testing and documentation — the sequence we run on every batch.
01 — Material verification
Resin is checked for grade, contamination and consistency before it is processed. A material problem caught at intake costs a batch; the same problem caught at dispatch costs a customer.
02 — Dimensional accuracy
Critical dimensions are measured with precision instruments against the agreed specification, not against a prior batch. Drift is easiest to catch when the reference never moves.
03 — Performance testing
Seal integrity and leak behaviour are checked on assembled samples. A cap that measures correctly can still fail in application if the sealing land is inconsistent.
04 — Compliance documentation
Documentation requirements are confirmed against each programme so the paperwork accompanying a consignment matches what the buyer's own process needs.
